You could always get that light roast or dark roast at your supermarket or at a major franchise. But there is something that is great about finding those specialty coffees (either ground or whole bean) at stores like HomeGoods, or some awesome store with foods and nick-knacks all over. While these stores are great for finding those hidden gems, those gems could certainly be coffee. We have found our share of great coffee this way. Costa Rica blend is a great start, but also flavors like chocolate and peanut butter are among our favorites.
When you are road tripping or just going to a local shop, take a closer look if they have any unique coffee bags you could purchase. Something that can even complement where you’ve been is even better and makes it a fun quest for coffee.
